Artist research. Peter Sis.

This piece of work is different and bright. It's bright with colours and the different textures and shades that have been used in it. But it is also bright with the way it is showing that one bird or one person could be stronger than other birds, and lead them or carry them on their back and be strong for all of them by helping them in a different way than others might. I think that this piece of work has a real meaning to it showing people that you can be strong together all you need is someone to be in charge and lead them.

The technique that has been used is kind of like a collage, the artist has got lots of different birds and pushed them all together onto one giant bird and the way the artist has pushed the birds together is good too because he hasn't just pushed them together in any old way they have pushed them together to shape the giant bird underneath them. And the artist has also used lots of bright colours too, making the birds stand out and he has used a variety of different birds, putting them all together as one.

Peter Sis has inspired me by different ways that you can create a collage of something and in the different ways that you can collage something, i like the bright colours and the way that the smaller birds have been shaped to create a shape of a bigger bird.
